Dear Mr. Anna Swamy,
I am in receipt of your letter complaining about the wretched conditions of your colony and the negligence of the municipal authorities. Let me assure you, I am going to take this matter in earnest and set afoot a survey. The colony will again become a model colony as it was when inaugurated two years ago by our Prime Minister.
