Dear Mr. Shekhawat,
With reference to your letter dt. complaining against the high-handed behaviour of the Information Officer, I wish to inform you that an enquiry was made and the concerned officer has been asked to offer an explanation. The matter is being referred to higher authorities and for the time being, the officer is under suspension.
Apologizing for the conduct of my staff, I assure you such things will not happen again.
