Dear Mr. Thapa,
I have received your letter and have immediately ordered my Junior Engineer, Shri K.N. Latif to conduct a survey of the pipes in your area. I think sewage has leaked in from some break in the pipe and this will have to be cleaned out.
The normal water supply will be resumed in a few days.
