Thank you for your good wishes and felicitations on the laws suit. It’s true the suit would have ruined me if it had dragged on. I had already exhausted all the money from my G.P.F. and was on the verge of begging from some Shylock who would have slit my throat in the end or demanded my pound of flesh.
I’m not going to build the house on the same plot. It’s jinxed, whether you think it’s superstitious or not. I’ll sell it for a handsome price and shall buy a ready-made villa from the Ansals Scheme. So wish me godspeed.
