Kindly refer to my letter of 16 April 19… requesting you for the date of 27 October 19… to hold the Children’s Film Festival for preponement of the date for your function. You are advised to fill in the new form I am sending you and return it early for us to book the hall for you. Your earlier booking fee of Rs. 5000/- will be adjusted to the new date.
