Request for Sub-letting of House

As you know mine is a small family of three. Infact, the little baby hardly counts when it comes to space in the house. I find that your house is fairly large for us and that we never need two rooms which stand as a self-contained sub-unit of your house since it has an attached toilet and a small courtyard.
I was wondering whether you would mind my sub-letting it to a very close friend of mine, who works in my office. Shri Barun Kapahi is a thorough gentleman and works as a P.A. I guarantee that he will maintain the house as his own. Of course, this arrangement will mean no disadvantage to you in rent. Mr. Kapahi would be pleased to pay you a visit with his wife and only child.
