In response to your advertisement in the Employment News, India of the 13 Sept., I wish to apply for the post of chief cook/chef in your organisation. I have almost thirty years of experience in cooking Indian, continental, Chinese, and Mughlai cuisine. I have worked for rich businessmen and at various hotels like Taj Intercontinental and Oberoi. I have experience in cooking arrangements too for banquets and can garnish and flavour to international specifications and tastes. I am, at present, chef at the Taj, Man Singh, in New Delhi but wish a change to a more foreign locale where my talents may be utilised even better.
