Sir,
I wish to apply for the post of Correspondent for your esteemed daily. I have about 15 years of experience as a freelance journalist for various news journals like the ‘Sun’, ‘The week’ and the ‘News Today’. I have also worked for ‘Newstrack’, a video magazine begun by ‘India Today’. I am at home in field reporting having done scoops and investigative reporting for the above-mentioned journals. My coverage of the anti-Mandal riots, won me the coveted Silver Swan Award. I have an M.A. in Political Science from Jabalpur University and a Diploma in Mass Communication & Journalism from the Jamia-Miftia Islamia.
I am 30 years of age and am in good health. Kindly consider me for the post of Correspondent in your esteemed national daily.
