Sir
India firmly believes in non-interference in the affairs of other nations. In the heydays of Mrs. Indira Gandhi and Rajivji, India was hailed as the leader of non-alignment by Third World nations. Therefore, it is incumbent on us that we maintain our neutral stance. Mere lip-service to the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons is hypocrisy. We must use nuclear energy only for peaceful purposes in medicine etc.
