Subject: Insurance claim for theatre damaged in the fire.
Sir,
My Theatre, the Roxy has been insured with your company vide policy NF 39081 (dated 9 April, 19 …). Yesterday, 13 August, 19… the theatre was gutted in a major fire accident damaging most of the hall, screen, and stage, projection room and equipment. The cause of the fire is not known. The estimated total damage is worth Rs 2 crores as per details of construction and fitting costs outlined in the paper attached. The theater is covered by the aforesaid policy for the same amount.
Kindly expedite the investigation and process the insurance documents attached here at the earliest and expedite payment of the claim amount.
