Circular to Conserve Electricity & Water

In response to the nationwide drive initiated by the Ministry of Energy, it has been decided to implement the following strictures regarding energy conservation in our office.
1. Staff must ensure that all electrical appliances light, fans, coolers, air-conditioners, kettles, etc. must be put off when not in use or when the rooms are vacated. At 6 p.m. sharp, the men on duty have been instructed to switch off all the mains to prevent any electrical system from going to waste during night hours.
2. Kindly ensure water is not left flowing from taps once they have been used. The water mains will also be closed at 6 p.m. likewise.
Kindly co-operate with the staff on duty in the discharge of these instructions. These issues w.e.f. today.
