Reply Letter from Tenant to Landlord on Warns Tenant not to Misuse Premises

Dear Mr. Minocha,
I have received your letter and the contents. Although I admit my fault in having let the premises deteriorate, cannot understand your harsh language. I, particularly, protest against your remarks about me as a teacher. I have been a teacher for the last twenty years and am highly admired by my students. My example of good conduct has made many a student to change his life.
If you noticed betel colour and charcoal marks on the walls, I sincerely apologize to you for the same. I have got my students to rub off and wash all the stains.
As for your asking to stop coaching sessions under threat of evacuation, I am making arrangements to look for another house. As soon as I find one, I shall hand over the house to you.
Yours sincerely,
Mark
