Respected Sir,
I request you on behalf of our college Rock Group, “Jackson”, to permit us to organize a Rock musical festival at the College Hall next month. The proceeds for this from the students, parents, and members of the public will go towards the P.M’s National AIDS Funds. We expect a collection of Rs. 50,000 which will bring good name to our college. We promise to be disciplined in our arrangements and drive and shall not disturb the regular college routine.
