You will see from your files that we dispatched a consignment of school textbooks (NOVA Series 0-5) worth Rs. 25000- (Twenty-five thousand only) on 23 May 20… Till date we have not received payment for the same though it is already one year now. Normally you require a period of six months to assess sales from your agents.
We would appreciate it had you made early payment of the same amount and obliged. As for our several financial commitments are concerned, we have to pay various printing presses in time.
