Dear Mr. Shukla,
It is now three months since my letter requesting you to stop holding classes within the premises of my house. I think you were merely deceiving me when you wrote that you were making serious inquiries for another house.
I cannot allow you to take advantage of my leniency. You have made a serious breach of trust. I was thinking of withdrawing my comments about you as a teacher but now I stick to my stand.
Kindly vacate the house by the 7th of September, 20 … which is 30 days from now, or I shall have to file a lawsuit.
