Sir,
A Hollywood film was once made to show the practical jokes played by a bunch of urchins on the public services. After misinforming the police, fire brigade, members of business houses, transport system and detectives, the kids would sit around city corners in New York and watch the whole administration go haywire! Transport and fire engines, police van with sirens and the public were all in pell-mell.
If we are not careful, our adolescents will try such practical tricks on Bombay through telephone from public call booths. The game will prove costly.
